Silky Summer Legs!

The time has come when you can no longer stretch the time between shaving your legs. With the warm weather, there’s no room for stubble. Here’s how I achieve silky-smooth legs for the summer.

First, I use a hair removal cream. My cream of choice is Nair with baby oil. Sometimes I like Nair’s Morrocan argan oil shower power cream. It’s awesome for doing this routine in a rush. You can apply the cream right before you get in the shower and it won’t wash off until you’re ready. As for the Nair with baby oil, it leaves your legs super smooth.

I leave the cream on for the allotted time on the bottle (since starting my biotin challenge, I’ve found that I need to leave it on for the max amount of time). I rinse the cream off with the pressure from the water and my hands. There will likely be a little residue leftover, but I try to remove all of the visible cream.

Next, I use a body scrub to exfoliate my legs and to help remove stubborn hairs. This step is super important. If you have ever used Nair and had tiger stripes after removal, this step helps. I typically use body scrubs from Bath and Body Works because their grain isn’t too abrasive. I rub the body scrub for a few minutes, then I rinse with warm water.

After rinsing, I bathe normally…following up with a shower pouf on my legs. After towel drying my body, I rub my legs down with a nice, moisturizing lotion/body butter.

To me, doing this routine makes my hair removal last a little longer. I only have to do this every other week. Let me know how it works for you in the comments!

  1. I’ve been surfing online greater than three hours as of late,
but I never discovered any interesting article like
yours. It is lovely worth sufficient for me. Personally, if all webmasters and bloggers made
excellent content as you did, the internet will probably
be much more helpful than ever before.
